La Fundación Friedrich Ebert, continuando con el espacio SEAMOS ESCUELA 2024 anuncia la realización de la QUINTA JORNADA virtual, el sábado 20 de julio a las 16:00 horas, donde conversaremos el tema: “REFORMA de la Constitución actual”.
La conferencia estará a cargo de la destacada Abogada Constitucionalista Lily Ku Yanasupo.
La Constitución de 1993 impulsada por Alberto Fujimori, (por insistencia de la OEA), fue una manera de salir del entrampamiento ocasionado tras el cierre del congreso el 5 de abril del 1992, esta fue confeccionada en una asamblea constituyente y aprobada mediante un referéndum, donde el “SI” se impuso con 52.24 % y el “NO” obtuvo 47.76 % de los votos. 4.48% de diferencia pese al férreo control que la dictadura ya ejercía sobre casi todos los poderes del estado y medios de comunicación.
Esta constitución ha sufrido una serie de modificaciones desde el 2001 hasta hoy, expertos consideran que cerca de dos terceras partes de sus artículos se han modificado, cambiado o anulado, es en el congreso del 2021 hasta hoy donde se han producido buena parte de esos cambios, pese a que la mayoría de sus integrantes se opusieron a un cambio de constitución.
